Hi Everyone,I operate my business in the Indianapolis area, and I'm working on some goal setting and would like some feedback from other companies similar to mine around the country.I'm looking for others that typically wholesale, or quickly flip (close and resale) to generate revenue for their business.Looking for wholesalers or professional home buying companies that spend a bare minimum of $5,000 a month in marketing.Please do not use this as an opportunity to brag or show how successful you are or how much money you spend on marketing.

I just bought a property and it’s about half a mile from a giant development of huge corporate buildings, restaurants, apartments etc. has anyone dealt with leasing to a company for their traveling employees, or selling to one?

I turn in my purchase agreement to the title company.  

I'm a fan of Groundfloor for their easy to set up self-directed IRA options which can be invested in debt only deals, avoiding the UBIT and UDFT penalties of equity deals.

Also much harder to steal than outdoor units if that is an issue.These companies make them: MagicPak, Skymark, and FirstCo.Let me know what you guys decide on since I am interested in knowing!
