I’m new to real estate investing and have made a goal to earn enough passive income to allow my wife to stay at home with me (if she so desires).

At first, our goal was to sell the home and use that to fund another down-payment in San Diego. 

I just recently found this site a few weeks ago and have really enjoyed the great info BP provides and community of like-minded individuals helping each other reach their financial goals.

Once you discover your passion, then your goals become clear and those goals define your investing criteria.

Hey Chris, it's good to ask for referrals and interview agents to make sure you have similar goals and interests.

You hire other people because they can do it better, faster and/or safer, and because your time can be better used elsewhere.
