I’m originally from Ohio and looking to diversify into the Columbus/Dayton market.I’m targeting stabilized 4+ unit multifamily between $800k - $2M (no heavy rehabs) in Grandview Heights, 5th by Northwest, German Village, and Short North.

This is to avoid any misconceptions, and allow would be time wasters (people with 6 German Shepherds) to move onto another property instead of wasting mine and their time.

All of properties are in the South part of downtown, around Merion Village, German Village and Southern Orchards near Nationwide Children's Hospital.

The WDO inspection showed that there were signs of Powder Post Beetles as well as signs of German Roaches.We didn't ask for much on the repairs, we needed the leaks fixed and a new water heater to pass the 4-point, we needed the water pressure reduced, and we needed the beetles and roaches to be treated.
