Hello Investors,
My name is Lance and I have ben a part time investor since 2009. I started flipping houses but I am now in a buy and hold position. I enjoy doing a lot of the work myself and want to take my investing to another level. I came across BP by accident and am thrilled to see how much information is available. This is exactly what I need and am looking forward to being part of the BP community.

Welcome Lance!!!!!! I found BP the same way. You're going to love it as there is so much info and just a ton of really good people. I worked for a company years ago that had one their 10 commandments stating that "People do business with people they like." So far this community holds to that :)
