I wanted to see who lives in the SCV to start a network program if possible.

And if you are from the valley area (Granada Hills, Sylmar, North Hills, etc.) feel free to reach out!

Hopefully if we get a decent amount of response, we can do a monthly meet up to just mastermind together and each other advice.

Thanks to all who joined us last night. The new investors received some valuable steps and info from the more experienced, and the more experienced got to talk shop and hopefully do deals together. Great mix for the first meet up.

We plan to do another in late January 2022 and will post info once it is finalized.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to see if anyone would be interested in a weekly zoom or Meetup that would have the structure of weekly goal setting and accountability every Wednesday at 5.

Hey All! It was great seeing and meeting so many of you at the last meeting. For future meetings we are planning for the last Wednesday of every month at 5:30PM. I have mapped out the Dates for the next events over the Next 6 months. They are as follows and are planned to start at 5:30PM instead of 5PM due to traffic. 

February 23, 2022 | March 30th, 2022 | April 27th 2022 | May 25th, 2022 | June 29th, 2022 | July 27th, 2022

If anyone has any suggestions on the meetup, on topics, and locations other than Gyromania, let me or @Will Barnard know and we will incorporate!

Hi! Sorry I can’t seem to find the events page. Would love to meet and talk with others here I am considering purchasing a primary here for some house hacking. Just not sure what the best approach on adding value here in the short term.

There is a lot of opportunity to value add in SCV, especially if you plan to buy a primary and fix it up while you live there. I did it recently as well.
