Just me personally I would keep all of all three but with specifically property #2 that would be the first one I would off load.  I would want to keep it a little  before I have to make any major cap ex repairs  also maybe use this time to get debt free in any other aspects of your personal life. Good luck.

Is this a duplex? Or a single? Maybe you can rent out the rooms and create a little cash flow for yourself while the property gains some equity or it appreciates? Especially if it’s an fha loan and you planning on moving back with your parents saving money on bills of your own. maybe you can make this work  creatively but anyway good luck.

I don’t think it’s bad thing to find deals on the mls however the key point it has to be a deal. The mls get a ton an action which breeds “stiff competition” I think most sound investors are trying to stay away from bidding wars which can occur when bidding on properties listed on the mls.

Thanks that was really good information.

Hey Mike it was a general question just to post and hear stories and to generate some discussion. Me personally I’ve been in real estate since 2005. I wish you could’ve bring some value to the post? But hey maybe next time :)

Hey share how you raised your  first private money or how did  find your lender? How did the deal go?

Good job in paying off your debt and not using the surplus to get into more consumer debt.
