Welcome! You will defiantly get the type of education on BP that you can't get from your licensing books. I suggest you listen to the podcasts, I find there's not only educational but also entertaining and inspirational!  

I won 2 auctions with Auction.com recently.  The first one fell apart and Im under contact with the second now.  Although this deal has not been very smooth I found company decent to deal with.  The only thing Id say is not great is that they have 5-7 different people working on the deal plus the title/escrow company. It gets confusion.  I believe their properties are all in different stages of the foreclosure process so there will probably be liens that need to be paid.  I'm my case there are a buch of code violations

@Gary Harris where do you host the 2 meet up groups in north NJ? I'd like to find one in Sussex or Morris county.

Here in NJ the bedroom needs 2 ways out. One is a door and one can be an egress window. If yours does t have this you may have a liability issue.

Did you buy yours in rent ready condition or were they distressed properties you fixed up?
