Memphis is a great market to look for Turnkey Properties! 

With our properties today you can still obtain a decent cash flow! We have also seen stable appreciation as well. 

Demand for properties is also still very high! We had our best month of leasing last month!

Memphis is a market that you can always find a great value in! Especially when looking out of state many investors find Memphis attractive due to the cashflow opportunities that are available here in the city! A long with that cash flow we have a large tenant base with over 50% renters here in the city, and SFH has seen stable appreciation as well.

If you have not you should look into Memphis! There is a great opportunity to find cash flow here, and there is also stable appreciation as well! 

It depends on the company, but we definitely try to be as conservative as possible when we put together our proformas.

We have great job growth, good cash flow, stable appreciation, and some opportunities available that are small multifamily and single family. 

Memphis is comprised of over 50% renters so it typically does not take to long to find tenants either!

If you are looking at out-of-state investing I think a great place to look is Memphis, TN. 

Memphis is a great market that has pretty good cash flow, is very landlord friendly, and has a lot of movement right now with job growth and investments.
