Hey @Rick Tabarez
If you are looking at out-of-state investing I think a great place to look is Memphis, TN.
Memphis is a great market that has pretty good cash flow, is very landlord friendly, and has a lot of movement right now with job growth and investments.
I would be more than happy to hop on the phone with you and answer any questions!

Welcome to BP I am also here in the Memphis Area!
Hey @Brandon Stokes
When people are just starting out in Real estate investing a lot of them look to Turnkey as a great place to start.
You can find a company in an area that you want to invest in that will be fully integrated from top to bottom and be able to help you with all aspects of the purchase and management of the property.
Memphis is a great market to invest in as we have a high percentage of renters in the area, good cash flow, and pretty stable appreciation as well.
I would be more than happy to help answer any questions about the Memphis market if it is a place you are really wanting to get into!

Hey @Dave Villa
I hope you are doing well!
We do turnkey properties in Both the Memphis and Nashville area.
The Memphis market provides you with a much greater value and the opportunity to grow your portfolio much quicker than a city like Nashville.
The Memphis Market also allows for greater cash flow on day one!
I would be more than happy to hop on the phone with you and help answer any questions!

I agree with Jennifer. If you are planning to use a property management team the easiest way to obtain a quote is by asking them! A lot of the time they will have their own team that can do the quote and the repairs for you, or they will have a list of potential people that can go out to the property as well!
