a lot of ppl are under the assumption that it is a life long program. it does get reviewed from time to time depending on age and whatnot. if she is older 55+, its a good chance that it will not stop unless she goes to prison. under that age, and depending on the actual disability, there is a chance that it could be ceased.

I think the main point is how much closer you are to financial freedom. whether it is technically "0 money down" or not I think is irrelevant in this case. The numbers are great. good work

I like them. Used them for my new primary. They always have new deals and solid financing. if I remember correctly they have a pretty good 30 day return policy.

contribute to the match, I would suggest "roth 401k" if they have that option, given youre age, it will pay off even more in the end when it becomes tax free.

I totally understand. I would say its a case by case basis. college, while it may not be what its cracked up to be for moving forward in your working life, I found it to be a time of personal exploration. I grew up, found new interests/hobbies and got a decent education. of course, I paid in state tuition and graduated debt free. However, even though the degree doesn't mean that much to me, im glad I went. However, I do understand there are certain people/situations where dropping out makes perfect sense. I know that might not be a concrete answer but good luck.
