I would hold on to the condo and pull out equity. way better chance of more appreciation in CA. plus w/ the strong rental market, your coc will continue to grow as the rents do.

welcome Patrick. you wouldn't necessarily need to be a landlord if you had the right property management. or you can be a private lender, or turnkey investing. all of those are fairly passive. good luck w/ your journey

1. most ppl on this website don't do much so you can cut them out of the "successful" ppl on this website.
2. if everyone on here is successful and there are so many ppl in the business, whats one more?
keep grinding, stop analyzing and jump in. otherwise, go find another website. cheers

keep knocking out that debt. then I would consider fha and move into another duplex or home that way you can have a low down payment and rent your current unit out while house hacking again.
