I recently came across connectedinvestors.com I know its a competitors website but I was just checking it out. I don't think its as user friendly as BP and there is a lot of spam. I noticed a few properties in the market place that look like decent deals. Anyone have any experience w/ this website?

I would keep the properties and use the etf funds in another syndicated deal

accumulate. however, when I become financially free I might begin to do a mix of both
