Has anyone ever had experience w/ LenCred? or any other lender like that. I was looking for an unsecured business line of credit and it led me to them. They have creative ways to build business credit but it does come at a cost. Any info on them or just unsecured business lines of credit in general would be appreciated.

I know its hot out there now so good help is probably hard to find. But a reputable GC would be greatly appreciated for a newer investor like myself. Any contacts would be appreciated.

I have never used hard money before. I wanted to give it a shot on a cheaper property I am looking at. I haven't spoken to too many yet, but does anyone know of any that don't have a min loan? Each one ive spoken to has declined because the amount I need is less than 50k. Any advice helps. thanks
