The best advice I can think to give you is to take your time and read ALL of the answers, even if you think you see the correct one as choice A or B. Here in GA some questions require the BEST answer, especially the ones that are ethics related. Good luck, it sounds like you have your stuff together!

Zee, there is a very thin line between C and D class neighborhoods in Fulton County. Be careful and definitely check out the thread Azeez linked to. There are still plenty of decent deals in C class neighborboods though, depending on the amount of rehab you are open to doing.

Go with whomever you feel is going to help you the most in the long run, especially regarding training. The big brokerages are usually good about that, however they will typically take a larger percentage of commission than theIr smaller counterparts. Also ask if any of the agents at the brokerage are investors. You may get lucky and receive free training in both areas, as well as gain a mentor!
