@Steve Sorensen understood. I just re-read and see that you just did the FHA in January, so you probably aren't wanting to wait a year to make another move here to do 5% down. By investor money do you mean a typical 20% down investment loan or partnering with others?

@Pete M. I know you messaged me but I wanted to post here as well in case anyone was browsing. Above all has been incredible for me and several investors I know. I've gotten several quotes on bigger projects from bigger names in OKC and Jason at Above All was the only plumber that explained exactly what he did and did not know from his evaluation and why he was bidding what. The transparency and the work being done right the first time has sold me on him and the company! 

@Theresa Ortez have you made any moves in the OKC market since exploring?
