@Jim Viens Thank you for your reply :)
Alright, so essentially they don't have any information that I could already access on google at another site? Or are there other parts of the site that are good for purchasing?
I want to start getting a buyer's list togetherr for wholesaling and saw that you can access public records but do you have to pay for them or is there a site that has them for free? I was reading in another BP post that NERT Online was a great place to start getting real estate info and to do public record searches, however I don't want to buy into the site if it's a scam... All input is much appreciated!!!

Hi there!
I'm hoping someone can help me out a bit here.
I haven not yet enrolled for my salesperson course (however it is my next step, I just need to find a location close to me offering it). I have began speaking with brokers at companies I am considering working with as well. But, as far as social media is concerned, what is available for me to set up and get started with right now? I'm completely new to the world of real estate and plan on using my license as a way of gaining experience for my own investment deals. Any input is much appreciated!

I will soon begin my salesperson course and afterward I will be sponsored by a local agency. My question for all the agents out there is what exactly is in my job description in NY? Will I have much freedom to go out and network and such? Or will I be the assistant of another agent? I know in the beginning I will be with them to get comfortable with the routine of things but I know you have to have a certain amoutn of hours and experince so will I alaways have to be with another agent? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help answer some of these for me!!

Wow! I had no idea that I could loose my insurance license... how exactly could that happen? I'm searching for the next salesperson course to take in my area so I do plan on getting licensed, and I have already spoken with numerous of local real estate agents in hopes that they could offer me some advice. None oh which knew anything about real estate wholesaling... which I found odd considering they are agents. Right now I'm just in the process of building a buyer's list and getting myself out there, networking, things like that.
