Hey Guys,

Here is a great article that HAR.com posted. It is the MLS Report for December 2014. Even though we don't expect this year to be like 2014, there are always going to be people looking for houses. If the market slows down or crashes then we will all shift with the market and become landlords.

Here it is.

Hi @Bharath Raj ,

Our company and our clients tend to stay away from townhouse for many reasons, one being that townhouse don't appreciate as much as single family homes. I am seeing SFH in Cypress for 100k and that are renting for $1,400. Again if I had the choice to but a SFH or a townhouse for 100k I would pick the house all day.

Hope it helps.

Good luck,

Andres J.

Post: Houston Real Estate Market will have more inventory in 2015.

Hey @Account Closed , yes at 6 months the market is neutral. Again we are at 2.7 of inventory right now and it doesn't just switch from one month to the next. Inventory will start going up but at the same time that it's going up, prices of oil will as well and then inventory will go back down.

Exxon is still opening more jobs in Spring. Also ConocoPhillips might be opening another office up north which also keep on generating jobs.
