Welcome aboard @Brandon Starr!  I'm hosting our next meet up in August.  Make sure you look out for the invite.  

Couple of good dealers in Cayce and West Columbia.  They have lots of used product at reasonable prices.  That is the easiest way to find something quick.  

If you have time.  You could check craigslist and put a post out there. 

@Pete M. PM me the details and I'll share it with a GC I know.  If hes interested i'll have him reach out to you. 

Location, reno scope, budget, timeline, cash or financed.  All will be helpful for him.  I know hes busy but I think he wants to add a project manager so he needs more work.  

@Reese Haley and @Pete M., How many projects per year are you looking to do?  

@Dylan Prince I'm from the south east side of Columbia and now live in the North East side.  I'd be happy to help when you start narrowing your search.  There are favorable parts of each region.  Pay attention to the economic drivers if you are looking rentals.

Thanks @Tom Gimer and @Chris K.  Both very insightful.  I hope to not have to go down this road, but nice to know how it looks if the scenario ever arises.
