@Steven C. Suarez...Depends on how bad you want it.  As an investor, I try not to get emotionally tied to a property.  Most times I increase about $500.  I increased $100 on an offer and got that deal...Go figure...GL

@Candace Postell...Congrats!  Ask family and friends.  Try to get a small loan with bank or credit union. You're a problem solver.  You got this!!! GL

@Mark A....Look at the total picture.  600s for a renter is ok.  My biggest concerns are the husband's new job and $2900 rent.  Cash upfront is enticing, but stability counts.  Most qualified tenant rules... 

@Joshua Manning..Sounds like a plan!  Make it happen. There are no full proof plans.  If problems arrive, solve them.  Believe!  GL

@Shiloh Lundahl...Finding the right partner is key.  But you should keep looking for money sources, before you need them.  You can't grow without some $$...GL
