@Rashad Nelson.. I hope to work a flip deal with Straightline, but I need to find a  great $80,000 deal.  Those points and down payment makes me want to SCREAM, under that threshold amount. $50,000-$75,000 is ideal in my market!  Nothing is IMPOSSIBLE!!! Keep it Moving!!!

Stay patient.  Putting the wrong tenant in cost $$$...Some markets only allow SD as 1 x rent...know the laws in your area....GL

@Jeremy M...Hold it for a couple of yrs, then make a decision.  I started out Buy/hold and still hold for cash flow.  It took 10yrs for me to sell a property...Currently own the first 3 purchased...It's a personal decision...GL
