@Sergio Rodriguez..Keep an open mind. It really depends on your personal goals. You can invest without a RE license, but it's beneficial. I started investing in 2005, got my license in 2016...Priorities shifted and I'm taking RE Investing to another level in 2017!!! GL!

@Kenny Oliver...Learn as much as you can before spending $$$...Read and ask a lot of questions. I started investing without spending $$...Yes, I made mistakes, but you can do the same spending a lot of money on courses...BP is a great Resource!!!..GL!

@Jessica Duckett...Welcome to BP! It's a Great Resource.. Yes, we are in the Best market!!! I sold several TK in 2015. Cash on Cash---around 22%...Some like Sect 8 tenants, but open to good tenants....Hope to meet you at local Meetup...Been busy rehabbing my home and selling RE(got my license 2016)....Closed my first Deal of 2017 in Jan...Woop Woop...I love RE!!!

@Charlotte Edwards..It depends. I quit my Corp job after the 1st year, so I could focus on RE full time. I started buying more wholesale(rehab) properties and my husband supported the fam. However, I manage and handle everything with the properties. At one point, hubby said he would not contribute to business, so I got more creative and continued to grow. It can be stressful on a marriage if you're not on the same page.
Tip...I got a flexible part time job as a substitute teacher...So, if I wasn't working on an extensive rehab, I worked at the school...In the beginning, I painted, cut grass and purchased all material to save $$$...
If it's your Desire to do RE and you're 100% committed, your husband will probably honor that...GL
