@Megan A....Wow that's a great situation with the tenant...Definitely consider a temp storage/pod.  I can't imagine.  I'm rehabbing my primary residence fully furnished and it's Crazzzzyyy...I'm use to rehabbing vacant properties.  I'm literally packing as we go..GL

@Muz Khan...Yes, networking with local investors can help.  You might even find a private lender in the group after several meetings.  It takes time to build those relationships...GL

@Sam Choi...All are good options.  I started out with Buy/Hold , then Turn Keys, now I'm moving into Flips.(Got my RE license in AL/GA)  It depends on what works for you.  Whatever you do, TAKE ACTION..You can never learn it all and sometimes we over analyze...I learn something new everyday...GL
