Find an experienced handy man, rent equipment, job complete. For the rentals you only need a light sand. As far as resell, consider professional. The floors will pop!!!

@Stephen Igbeka...If you plan on investing long term, becoming a Realtor is beneficial, but not necessary.  I decided after 10 yrs of investing to get me license...

Most meetings include a speaker and product promotion.  You can Network without purchasing.  Also, consider RE meetups near you.  I learn something NEW each time.
