Man, his first house. I remember that feeling I had when they handed over the keys to my first property. Wish him and the family well.

Vickie..don't visit too much now..lol

Podcasting is hot. Something I'm really thinking about since so many people are having  lots of success with it. 2.5 million listers is a lot of people. I see nothing but good things to come in 2015 guys. Hope I can ride that wave with you all.

Keep Podcasting

Wow..It's really speical to see something that started from one member transform to 200,000. Hard work pays off @Brandon Turner The BP community will continue to grow as time goes on because of the great value you all present.

Nick, go to Google and look up "Google Keyword Planner"

Type in "your city + real estate" and see what comes back

From here you will see how many people looking to buy and sell real estate in your local market. Next setup a website and create content around those words. Plus do a little "SEO" to get that content moving up the ranking.

Before you know it you could be sitting at the house getting unlimited leads daly. But you do have to put in the work to make this happen. This by far better than any other form of free marketing.

Hope this helped Nick

Plus..what type of investing are you looking to do?

Omari if I was you it would be a easy decission to do it in house. For one it helps you get that hands on training you need on how this real estate marketing things works.

600 to 700 pieces  should bring back some buzz. But I'm one of those marketers in real estate that even though people might not convert in selling their house. I still want to get them to come over to website and get on a list, so I can educate them on certain housing and real estate issues. By doing it in this manner you still are getting people who are interested but just not today. So as time goes on when they are ready to sell who do you think their going to call?

Yo Omari...how will your letter be worded toward the homes owners?

Brandon, I just set mines up and I must say I already love it. Will keep you posted if the content comes back targeted or not.
