This is one of the best places to start to at least to see which route you want to go. But if I was you I will do wholesaling first to get my feet wet.

@Erin Swann Section 8 properties have their goos sides and bad sides. But if done right you can have what I call "Money in the Bank" I couldn't find a well in detail of sections 8 post here, so I say do a little research on your own and see what you find.
