Luis, I have accepted offers on couple of multi family's in and around Cleveland Ohio. I am working on arranging financing for both + a refi on one of my existing properties.

Would love to hear if you think there is a connection that might be able to help.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi Nick, I am currently looking for lenders for 3 properties, all under contract already. Call me when you are available.

Thanks.

Marcus, I am in a similar situation with a property closer to Cleveland Ohio. Will share what I learn.

I live in Los Angeles, CA and have a SFR in Lakewood area. It is free and clear and I am now looking for a multi family/Apartment building in that area. Looking for preferably 8+ units.

Looking for wholesalers from BiggerPockets who specializes in these kind of properties. I would love to work with you. Lets talk soon.

Best,

Arun Chhatpar

4. You can buy a multiunit and finance it there in CA or in the midwest.

Hi Lance, excellent advice. Which 3 big cities in MidWest would you rate as the best for this kind of investment?
