In Columbus, we just don't have enough housing. The population is growing faster than new homes are being built and the city is worried about a housing shortage. No one knows for sure, but it looks like prices can't fall because the supply is so low right now.

I'm not super familiar with Ravenna, but most towns in Ohio with a smaller population are similar. There are deals to be had in these areas if the cash flow looks good.

When running numbers, I think the calculators in bigger pockets are great. They're easy to use and give a clear picture.

As you search for a market, I look at where companies and jobs are moving to. I live in Columbus, and a lot of tech companies like Intel have been moving here to lower their operating costs.

I've seen a lot of success in Columbus Ohio. It's had a strong appreciation rate with new companies moving to the city.

Ohio is a good market to start in. Cities like Cleveland and Toledo have high cash flow and lower purchase prices. In Columbus, there is less cash flow but higher appreciation rates.

We're still way below the historical average for interest rates in the US.

It seems high coming off the record lows, but some markets still cash flow well. I see a lot of good deals in the Columbus market.

Columbus is great for its investment potential and is a great city to live in. It's growing quickly, which will help with appreciation. It's also fun to live in if you move. There's a lot to do in the city, and it's near a lot of cool places to visit easily.

I like Columbus. Compared to other markets in the US, it is still affordable to get a multifamily. I don't think the appreciation is done either, so there is still growth to buy into.

I like Columbus a lot too. It's much cheaper than New York and has strong appreciation.

Population and growth and if large companies are headquartered or moving to the area. They tend to bring a lot of development and stable jobs.
