Looking for quality WHOLESALERS with deals in Western Massachusetts (and Northern CT). Buying criteria:

- Good neighborhoods/school districts in Hampden County and Hampshire County, MA (No Springfield except 16 Acres)

- 1950+ construction (will consider down to 1930's)

- Single family residence (Cape, Ranch and Colonial's preferred)

- No busy streets (no double yellow streets)

- In CT (Simsbury, Suffied, S. Windsor, Windsor, Bloomfield, Enfield, Somers, Ellington)

- Purchase price near 50% ARV (after repair value). Majority of our buys are between $75-150k and ARV's of $150-300k

Best of luck on killing it for 2016!! I have found my best RE agents that are investor friendly are REO, Short sale specialists, and those that attend the local REIA. We are doing the same as you and networking like crazy to uncover these guys in Western Mass. -Bob

Western Mass has good cash flow in and around Springfield. There are many areas of Springfield to stay clear of though. PM me if you are interested in seeing some examples. We also wholesaled a house in Worcestor to an investor and they did great as a rental.

This is not a Mass company, but they are real estate focused...
