Hahaha @Jason Krick I laughed when I heard myself say that...  #UnderstatementOfTheYear :) 

This home is one of four units in a property I recently purchased in Aberdeen, Washington. I told the story of it in this blog post, How I Bought a Fixer-Upper Fourplex for $1 Down: A BRRRR Case Study.

I got an extremely low price on the property ($45k for four houses) because of these tenants (and because the other 3 houses were destroyed as well... but not this bad.) We knew eventually we would need to evict the tenants. That day finally came- and this is the first time we walked through the home after the sheriff removed the tenants.

(forgive my awkward commentary... I was in too much shock to say much!)

Anyway - you might be wondering why I put this in the "Success Story" forum. 

Because now I can finally get this place turned around and renting for $700 a month - to good tenants who don't live this way. It's sad to see what drugs will do to someone. 

Hey @Chris M.- I do like the idea, and hope to actually do more of this in the future. It does take a fair amount of work to pull something amazing off (because real estate is 99% boring paperwork and 1% action... so it's hard to capture the action on video/audio unless it's "fake" like TV shows.)
