@Bill McCann I just met with @Michael Atkins out there and they have a great setup over there. I would recommend talking to them.

So how was this? Is it really true that this bill means, "...wholesaling more than 1 wholesale transaction within 12 months illegal unless you're a licensed real estate broker"? And if so, is this now or will happen in 2030?

I’m not from the area but am trying to invest there, myself.

Would love to promote Bigger Pockets book sales through an affiliate program. 

While not the perfect setup, I do this with another business book site that I believe in and like to promote.
