I would suggest talking to some private money lenders on how they typically structure their loans with new clients. Maybe you can replicate it. @Leila Moussavi

I would narrow in on what type of strategy for REI you are looking to do and that might help point you in the right direction of a few markets. From there start to connect with people and target a few markets. There are a lot of good markets in Ohio you might want to check out. @Gavin McDonald

There is a lot of opportunity going on in Columbus. Depending on your strategy and price will depend on which part of the city you might want to look into. @Auria Styles

The Columbus market is booming right now. You can still find solid cash-flowing properties in the city but it is getting harder. @Marceline P.

It is a lot more difficult so find good cash-flowing properties in hot markets. That is the case here in Columbus. I would suggest either being more patient or changing your criteria. @Nick Coons

It is going to be extremely difficult to find a cash-flowing property in New Albany, it is an A-class suburb. I would probably suggest looking in either the outskirts or metro COlumbus where you can still cashflow. @Tarun Sundriyal
