Hey Tim! I'm based out of Evanston as well and do property analysis and acquisitions for @Wendell De Guzman, one of Chicago's top wholesalers. I definitely suggest you come to the monthly BP meetup that @Brie Schmidt hosts.

Be sure to listen to as many BP Podcasts as possible as those are an incredible source of information, spanning across just about every real estate niche.

I believe there's an extra 0 at the end of the square footage of the Fountain Square property.

6-Unit, solid brick building in the Avondale neighborhood of Chicago available for $559,900.

The roof needs patching and installing window AC units and adding a washer/dryer for extra income will bring this building up to where it should be.

I just saw the video for wild oats eggs, wow, that was impressive work. I don't know what it has to do with REI, but if you're as good at investing as you are at advertising, etc., you are a good person to know in this business.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Good luck, Don

Haha, thank you very much, Don. I forgot my website was in my signature and that it doesn't pertain to REI one bit! Take care.

Honestly, your website looks a little dated / unprofessional. It feels jumbled and disorganized. There are too many fonts and graphics that actually detract from your listings. Use only one font (or at the most, a second, complimentary-looking font) and keep your font sizes uniform for buttons, links, and bodies of text.

The blue header with black text underneath just looks like an ad from Google, which does not bring positive connotations.

I recommend stripping the site down to something clean and elegant, so people can

a) take your business seriously

b) navigate your site easily

c) leave with a positive impression

Even if you have the nicest furnished apartments in the whole country, I'd turn around and run away after seeing the site for 5 seconds.

I would recommend something more minimalist, modern, and elegant, if that's the type of tenant you want to attract.

Go to Sqaurespace.com and look at the themes there to get some inspiration.
