Just a little recommendation: if you include the location in the title and/or the body of your post, you'll do everyone a favor without making them click a link to see what state the property is in. Plus, you'll trigger any keyword alerts people have setup for that location, garnering the interest of investors in that area.

There's actually been previous posts in the Marketplace looking for buyers in Indy. Just do a quick search for Indianapolis and check out what people have been posting in there and who is interested in those listings.
