Hi BP,

Curious to know what successful wholesalers say when connecting with homeowners?

What qualifying questions do you ask?

Do you have a specific phone script?

Thanks

@Jon Schwartz I agree. Appreciation is key and if you can cash flow $100 a month that's a plus. I'm near the Los Angeles area and looking to buy an investment property. City terrace has caught my eye but the prices are slightly more compared to the areas you recommend. 2028 Olympics is that near the downtown/South LA. I was on the Inglewood bandwagon a couple of years ago when I heard the rams were moving into town, not sure if I'm too late to invest in that area... what are your thoughts?

Best,

Hi @Christine Kankowski. I agree with you that Temecula is a great place to invest. I was out there last week with a few clients of mine that are looking to purchase their first home. The market is extremely hot. Do you have any/upcoming listings in Temecula?

Hi BP,

To my understanding, a lawyer can become a broker without obtaining their real estate salesperson license as long as he/she passes the broker exam.

Can a lawyer endorse a real estate salesperson to become a broker after he/she completes their 2 years of experience?
