Go to Meetup and type in Real Estate Investing and do a search criteria within 50 miles of San Francisco. You should see some in person meetups that have been going on for SF, Dublin and San Jose/Milpitas. Those are the three I have usually been going to.

Gabriel..........why not put $50K in to the MH Syndication and the other $50K into a Self Storage Syndication? As an FYI it seems like 99.99% of the MH Syndicators here on BP want only Accredited Investors.

There will be one in San Francisco next week and another one in Dublin on the 18th. Go to Meetup and look for East Bay Real Estate Investors.

Josh,

Investing in San Francisco itself can be a little tricky. Most of us will prefer that you are already pre-approved with a lender and have proof of funds before sitting down for coffee, etc.
