@Kalyanii K. Thanks for your words of encouragement. You are the second person that asked for a picture so I put one below. This is one from a few years ago. I plan on BRRRRing this property. It has a lot of potential and was partially listed. Because one unit was recorded as a 2/1 and its really a 3/1 and has a lot of space. Its been in high demand because of its location across from a University and in a great school district. So I'm hoping to fix it up. Push up the value and really get the rents up to market value. My initial interest in passive income came from Rich Dad Poor Dad. I had to read that book multiple times. Because at first I thought the poor dad was the good guy that kiyosaki was crazy. But after listening to it multiple times I became interested in passive income. I then googled passive income and ran into BP webinar about creating passive income. Then listened to the podcast and got hooked. Really didn't use anything else besides the stuff I found on BP. Thanks for the encouraging words and I will definitely keep BP updated.

@Christopher Bell Listen to the BiggerPockets Money Podcast and read books like The Obstacle is the way, Getting Things Done, The One Thing. Then you need a big enough why. The why will out weight the risk you see. Stay in it long enough you will make it happen. Would be happy to connect with you.

@Susan Maneck I learned that through the BP Money Podcast. I will continue to grow in that area. I will definitely post a pic. I am in the process of fixing it now. I'm hoping to BRRRR it.

@Laurice Brown I listened to the BP money podcast and followed all the things that saved me money and started picking up side hustles. Gotta humble yourself and be willing to give up some things for a bigger WHY. Then went to work on my credit with the money saved and educating myself by looking it up on BP and reading forum post.

@Allen C Herring I am from Fitzgerald Georgia. I live in Villa Rica, Ga 20 miles west of Atlanta. Still would love to connect. I still look for deals down that way because I know the market.
