Would the city allow a side drive on the right side? I can't tell if it's enough room. Also is there anything room in the back?

If you find the post it can be reported. Have you had someone with a fb account search for it? Or just make one up just so you can investigate. Also are the numbers local?   Maybe they posted it on a community page that lists properties for rent.

I show my tenants where the main water shut off is. I make sure it's accessible and that it moves with ease. I rather them shut off there because I have a fear of they try under the sink sometimes they are so corroded that they might break off. I usually change them when they are that bad so if there is no individual shut off to each unit then make sure the valve under sinks and such are all easy to turn.

Since you mentioned it's more college students, they tend to have less stuff and usually have their own storage organizers. I would just keep it simple just a bar and a shelf. Sometimes adding more might take up space for certain items.

@Bettina F. Thank you for your reply.  Good idea on the deposit.  So I guess it is okay to qualify a retiree a little differently since it is a different situation?

@Patrick M.  I don't think it's close with the way she sounded.  Not certain since it was a brief conversation she didn't give out numbers.  She wanted me to call her back and I want to make sure I know what I will say before I do.

@Patrick M.  Thanks for the response.  It sounds like she only has her social security coming in and that won't be enough for 3x.  She just has the money from selling her house, which I don't know how much that is.
