Who do you contact when you need your gutters cleaned ? Does the person doing them need to be bonded or insured since they will be climbing a ladder & could fall & harm themselves on your property

I’m wondering is it just me or has the bp marketplace section changed dramatically, I use to could go on there and actually see deals , now it feels like I’m on auction dot com, everything I see is for foreclosure dot com , what are you thoughts on it ? Is it worth signing up for ? Have you found good deals on there lately?

I was wondering if  any other new investors get kinda a nervous feeling when you come across a property in a great area but it needs a full rehab or tear down ? Do you just ignore it & find another property to tackle, or do you go head on get right to it ? I guess if you have the team around you that can guide you & help you on how to turn it around would help in a big way, I guess my point of this is sometimes I’m looking on mls and I would see a mad house & I’m like I don’t think you could give that place away lol and maybe a year later I’ll get a notification because  always save those type of properties on Zillow that it’s been sold and I’ll look it up & see That it has been renovated very beautifully

What are your thoughts on the up & coming Pittsburgh Yards development ? I’ve been living under a rock I just heard about, it’s a lot of new development that are going to be similar to the ponce market , I’m excited to see how it unfolds . I’m really into new developments
