I own my own trucking business, Things were good with the trucking thing I got alittle too successful & tried to grow too fast , and fell on my face, but I’ve learned from that process once I can into my first RE deal I will take the lessons I learned and move strategically in a smart savvy direction.

My freedom number is $5000 / month passive .

I don’t know what’s enough, to be honest it’s never enough 😝

I would like to be able to live anywhere I want, drive whatever I want , give to whoever I want

so I would like to have as much as God feels I can handle.

Just wondering how the townhome / condo investing is in the Atlanta area ... I don’t hear much about them so I figure I would ask ? I know the HOa on those things can break a deal. 

I’m trying to get sharper at trying to understand & read the market. I know there is no perfect way or any  guarantees but I would like to find ways to know what to look for , how to not get caught behind...someone told me to check the book shift out, is there any other books that anyone recommends for this type of things ? 

I heard that podcast about does mistakes exist, very good content lol but your right it does sound like a build up to something , I had no clue about the Morris invest fraud stuff , until I saw something on bp , then I went to watch the podcast episode 151 I think and it’s not on here anymore the show notes are but not the actually podcast , .....was there ever a time when Morris invest was legit and was doing things the right Way or  was it always a scam ? 

So I’m wondering how long does it take to refinance a home you paid cash for, renovated, have tenant in place, how long does it usually take to get a refinance done ? 

( I'm in the process of reading the BRRRR book btw)
