Considering that you haven't already purchased the property, I wouldn't force a property to rent if it shouldnt rent. But, If you're determined to rent it maybe Air BnB would work.

Go to the events and happenings page and look for a meetup of investors in your area. Attend the meeting and network. Its the best way to connect. 

Also, keep posting with questions and answering questions and you'll find what you're looking for. 

this is an interesting topic, and I love farmer's markets/have worked at several. You're trying to lease land to a farmer's market, or find someone to lease you land for the fm?

The Capital REI group is great! I have been to the last two meetings and find it to be a great mix between experienced investors and others in the industry looking to invest. The networking is great, and they don't try to sell stuff.

@Account Closed The attorney's a friend and has not done wholesale deals, per se. His extent of wholesale knowledge is through title company closings he has overseen. 

I told him there were some on BP, and he said "send them over, Im sure they're god awful". So I wanted to prove him wrong.

My attorney wants to see what kind of assignment contract I would use in a wholesale deal. Are there any wholesalers that have used these from the file place? Which one would you recommend.
