I'm looking for an experienced, reliable, and trustworthy General Contractor for my next rehab (and potentially all of my future rehabs).

I'm an investor & wholesaler based in Central Jersey. We have properties throughout Northern and Central jersey. Send me a PM to discuss ways that we can work together to find your next deal.

And to add to the discussion, there are certainly "bad" wholesalers but don't let that deter you from finding the "good" ones. When you find some solid wholesalers, you can leverage your time by allowing them to find the deals for you. Remember, many of the heavy hitter investors in Jersey purchase from wholesalers.
