@Kimberly McCall there is a lot of free content out there. So grab everything you can, listen to podcasts then, attend local REIA meetings then if you need to get a coach/mentor then you can look into that down the line.

@Jack Yvars Hello Jack. There are several companies out there that you can utilize to find property managers. Usually they charge 10% or a fee around $200. Please do not quote me on the numbers.

You also have a local that you can tap into when the time to raise private capital, I will explain later. Let your everybody know what you plan on doing.

@Traolly Xiong Hello Traolly congratulations on the hardest part, of making a conscious decision to take action. @Greg Scully, @Greg Dickerson and others out there would recommend just start educating yourself. There is a ton of free content out there to guide you along. These big events are great for networking. Your locals REIA meeting are great. This is a relationship business. If you can remember that then I have no doubt you will be successful. There are several books out there to help, but there is one I believe is the benchmark to success in multifamily investing. You can decide for yourself though. I always say "trust but verify ".

By the date of the property as follows a class a building his new construction a class B building is 10 to 15 years old well-maintained with a little deferred maintenance class C building built within 30 years Shows age some deferred maintenance class D building over 30 years old no amenities low occupancy needs work
