I have been told from several Property Mangers that they do not deal with people who are located outside of the country.  Not sure if anyone can help out and recommend a property manager for a investor that is located in Israel.

I have been using Batch Skip Tracing.com to skip trace all of my leads, but now that I have Mojo I wasn't sure if I should sign up for the skip tracing service with them.  They would be cheaper, but is it "you get what you paid for."
