@Jose Zuniga I agree with @JC McClain. Start with wholesaling and get your funds up. Then you can work on other forms of REI.

@David Rushton Make sure you know the states laws and get a mentor. Have them walk you through several of the deals. You many be able to learn how to structure a good deal
