@Brittany Langley if you are trying to get to know the market around you, the best thing to do is to just drive around the area. You generally know the bad and good areas from living there. It is also good to note any new projects being built. I heard the 16 Tech are is being built and the surrounding area is going to skyrocket. Things like that are good to know for investing in the future.

@Victor Tatyanin Just letting you know that in Riverside they are currently working on a neighborhood revitalization called 16 Tech in Riverside. Right now the place isn't the greatest, but it will clean up in the next 5 years.

@Benjamin McGuire That is totally up to you. When starting out you want to make whatever you can, but when you are experienced then you set your marker for whatever you want. I try to get a minimum of 10K each assignment.

@Benjamin McGuire I would first pick your area you are looking to wholesale first and get yourself a good contractor. You can easily find wholesaling contracts online if you need. Always use the 70 percent rule with your numbers. If you don't know what that is let me know.

@Anthony Van Gilder I would look for a contractor in the area and have her/him take a look at it for you. They can take pictures and video if you need and get you a estimate of the repairs.
