Hi @Nick Wilson have you thought about buying off market properties? There are a lot of wholesalers here that have houses under contract. A lot of times you get them for cheap and can fix them up to make them rent ready.

@Account Closed people are so afraid to lose money that they don't end up trying in the first place. I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad and I tell you that book made me think of money in a totally different perspective.

I currently am not members of any club or social group as of now. If you are starting out basically go through the forums and introduce yourself to everyone in the area that you are looking to work in. I am currently posting at least 15 posts a day on BP just getting my name out there. Being active on BP will get a lot of people interested in you. Buyers and sellers alike
