@Moses Villarama Indianapolis has a lot of up and coming neighborhoods that you can buy homes for cheap and fix and flip/hold.  I am finding a lot of success in this city.  Please if you have any questions let me know!

Hi @Constance Kawa-Small,

I currently have a house under contract that could work for you.  PM me for details.

Hi @Ken Deterville,

Welcome to BP!

Hey @Antonio Ramos!

If you are looking to invest in Indianapolis, let me know.  I am a wholesaler and if you have any questions let me know.

Hi @Travis S.,

Not sure if you need a contractor still.  If you do I would try @Andre Manning.

Hi @Jimmy S.!  I am a wholesaler in Indianapolis. I just sent you a connection request.  Let me know if you need any houses.

Hey @Jonathan Cisneros!

No one can tell you how to spend your money.  You got to sit down and learn as much as you can first, then make a decision based on what is best for you.  I wholesale virtually and worked full time, so I invested in a virtual assistant to help me with cold calling. If you are not currently working full time, that may not be the strategy for you.

@Julian Pilate-Hutcherson I currently work from New York and I wholesale in Indianapolis.  It is very profitable if you have feet on the ground in the market you are looking to wholesale in.  I found in the Midwest, people are more friendly (even on the phone) and getting people under contract isn't difficult if you just know how to talk to people.  If you have any questions about starting a team or anything else don't hesitate to ask.

I currently use @Andre Manning as my contractor.  He is on BP if you want to look him up.

Hi @Phong Tran,

I currently work with @Andre Manning.  He is very responsive and trust worthy.  If you need some work done, I would give him a call.
