Indianapolis is a great market to invest in. It really doesn't matter how many PM's there are. If you find a good one that is all you need.

There is so many reasons to get into real estate. I know for me it was to avoid working a 9-5, soul crushing job that will never give me a way to retire. I am curious, what is your reason for getting into real estate.
