I hate it when I hear things like this, I agree with Chris, definitely look at investing in some way to engrave your contact info on there.

@Erica Baruti Welcome to BP, I actually live right down the road from you off 81 in Monroe. If you have any questions at all that are market related reach out and I will try to do my best to answer them the best that I can! Other than that, you've found the best place to educate yourself in real estate.

Wholesalers are giving away money, it's a lot easier to assign contracts and save up the money you make from the contracts so that you can have cash to invest in more lucrative deals. It's just a vehicle used to get into real estate investing that involves the least amount of risk and just plain hard work.

BP Community,

I'm looking to go my first SEO real estate website, and have done plenty of research on Investor Carrot, but came across another custom wordpress site called Real Estate Tomato. Has anyone heard of it or used it before? I would love to get some feedback!

Chet, you should check out investor carrot. The format and templates are great for wholesalers and other real estate investors.

Post: Good places for flyers/business cards?

take your business cards/flyers into Starbucks, stores in shopping malls, literally anywhere that generates a lot of foot traffic. Approach the cashier at these places and give them a stack of your cards or flyers or whatever else marketing tools you use. Tell them that if they give out your flyers or business cards to customers when they checkout with them, and one of them calls you and you end up doing a deal with them, then you will give them X number of dollars for their referral. Instead of leaving your business cards in a stack next to the cash register, have that cashier be a part of your team and motivate them to help you
