Good Day,
Lorenzo from Philadelphia, would like to know how can I automate my sales process. I would like to have my leads from zillow, facebook and other websites directly inputed into my CRM and from there I would like to be able to send out emails, text, phone call etc.
My biggest question would be how can I get my zillow leads out into my CRM?

Same thing happened to me as well, I had a 4 unit building appraise for $160k but the comps suggested a $250k rate. I have not had an appraisal issue with SFH, however the multi unit caused a disaster. You can use a different bank and attempt to refi with someone else and get another appraisal.

@Mindy Jensen@Melissa Kirchhoff I'm sure I over renovated a bit for section, but the shower head is something I picked up a few years ago and put it in all of my rehabs. I believe is was some sort of mildew that was sitting for a few years, that's why replaced the tub.
